Quality Chevrolet is looking for an EXPERIENCED Counterperson to join our Parts Department team.The Parts Counterperson provides essential assistance to the Service Department and is the main contact for wholesale accounts and retail customers.Responsibilities:* Assist all customers in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they need. Answer telephone calls promptly. Stock inventory in the correct location. Maintain the Parts Department in a clean and organized manner. Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date. Demonstrate behavior consistent with the Company's values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.Qualifications:* Experience with GM automotive parts highly preferred. One or more years of parts sales or related experience preferred. Excellent customer service skills are required. Professional appearance and strong work ethic are a must. Ability to work well in a process-driven environment. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
