The Auto Parts Specialist is responsible for the maintenance and sale of inventory that provides automotive equipment and supplies. Duties include maintaining detailed records of inventory and overseeing the timely delivery of parts to and from their location. This position has the opportunity for a bolt-on role of Retail Specialist and the potential to earn an incentive.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Provide outstanding customer care and interactions with everyone who comes into our Sanel NAPA Store.Provide accurate auto parts answers and solutions for our retail and wholesale customers in person at the counter or over the phone.Use your parts knowledge to assist other Sanel NAPA team members.Bring customer focus and high energy to our fast-paced stores.Welcome retail customers into our retail stores and engage to provide a positive consumer experience.Effectively use technology (computer), cash register, telephone, and paper catalog system.Actively participate in and promote workplace safety.Demonstrate ability to use the TAMS system effectively.Process credit card transactions using the credit card processing equipment.Demonstrate knowledge of customer pricing methods used by the store.Secure the #J-18808-Ljbffr
