Experience in customer service, automotive parts, and retail sales are encouraged to apply. We have an in-house Training team dedicated to your success, offering online and in-store training programs with our manufacturers.

Responsibilities
- Travel to visit local and out of town customers with a primary focus on body shop customers.
- Take stock orders and present new product offerings.
- Provide customer service to customers and maintain a good working relationship.
- Place paint, body and equipment orders and update pricing on all orders.
- Collect payments as needed.
- Obtains parts manager's approval for any special pricing.
- Advises counter person on delivery instructions.
- Follows up on parts orders to ensure that customers have been served properly.
- Turns in completed call reports, time sheets and expense reports.
- Updates customer records to reflect changes to customers' names, addresses, etc.
- Adds new customers to appropriate mailing lists.
- Attends training seminars when possible.
- Acts as a public relations liaison for the dealership.
- Maintains professional appearance.

Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours.
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in's & outs.
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record
