In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching service requests for our dealership's technicians. The successful candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Dealership experience is a plus. Responsibilities Receive and review work orders from customers, service advisors, and sales team Coordinate and dispatch work orders to Technicians and Skilled Labor contractors Ensure efficient and timely completion of work orders by monitoring progress and communicating with team members Maintain accurate records of work orders and update status as necessary Notify customers of any delays or changes to their work orders Assist in scheduling appointments and managing service appointments Handle incoming calls and inquiries regarding service appointments and estimates Monitor and manage inventory levels for necessary parts and supplies Collaborate with Service Advisors to ensure customer satisfaction and a smooth service processQualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in computer skills and experience with dealership management systems
