Responsibilities:Assembly of automotive wiring harnesses using hand tools and proper assembly techniquesFollow work instructions (prints, cut sheets, sample harnesses) as providedWork in small teams to complete daily build requirementsInventory tracking of project parts and suppliesQuality validation of wire harness assembliesTear down and/or rework of donor harnessesEffectively communicate with cross functional teams on collaborative projectsMaintain clean and organized work spaceRequirementsQualifications:Detail oriented2+ years' experience in wire harness assemblyExperience in properly Crimping, Soldering, De-pinningRead and interpret wiring prints and cut sheetsAccurate measurement skillsExperienced in use of multimeterEffective communication skillsComputer skillsPositive and enthusiastic attitudeFlexibility to cross train for expanded opportunitiesMay consider training enthusiastic learner
