AAA Club Alliance is actively hiring for individuals with a passion for automotive maintenance and repair to join our Car Care Teams across Northern, KY Greater Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, and Toledo, Ohio! We are hiring for ALL SKILL LEVELS and have openings for General Service Technicians and Automotive Repair Technicians on the team! Our Repair Centers are AAA-owned and operated, and we serve a large customer base of AAA members and non-members alike. There is plenty of business year round! As a full-time member of the AAA Car Care team, we can offer you: General Service Technicians: Competitive hourly compensation, depending on experience. Automotive Repair Technicians: A competitive flat rate dependent on experience and position level. The more you turn, the more you earn! A Technicians: 30 Billable Hour Guarantee Per Week B Technicians: 20 Billable Hour Guarantee Per Week C Technicians: 20 Billable Hour Guarantee Per Week Automotive Repair Technicians can also take advantage of our Productivity Incentive Bonus that gives you the opportunity to earn a $250 - $550 bonus on each biweekly paycheck! All full-time techs working back shop are scheduled a total of 5 days each week, with Mondays, Friday & Saturdays typically required. You'll get Sundays off each week, and another day during the week off dependent on business need. Over 2 weeks of Paid Time Off accrued during the first year of employment 8 Paid Holidays each year 401(k) plan with 100% employer match on retirement contributions up to 7% FREE Company-Paid Life Insurance Tuition Reimbursement (up to $5,250 per year) Paid Training & Paid ASE Certifications FREE AAA Premier Level Membership (inclusive of product and service discounts) Technician Tool Insurance & Paid Uniforms An opportunity to work alongside a team of professionals with state of the art equipment in a spacious, clean, well-lit and safe work environment What you will do on the AAA Team: General Service Technicians: Perform the following repairs: fluid flush and replacement, visual vehicle inspection, belt and hose replacement, battery testing and replacement, and general automotive repairs. Clean and maintain test equipment and machines. Empty portable fluid drains, as necessary, into the bulk waste fluid storage tanks, and clean portable drains in accordance with shop guidelines. Mount, balance, and install tires. Maintain knowledge of general automotive skills, and continue to develop additional technical skills, to enable flexibility in work assignments. Automotive Repair Technicians: Accurately perform maintenance and advanced automotive repairs/diagnosis for engine repair, automatic/manual transmissions, suspension/ steering, brakes, ABS/traction control, electrical, and heating/AC. Maintain in-depth knowledge of specialized skills, and continue to develop additional technical skills, to enable flexibility in work assignments. What you need to succeed: Automotive Repair Technicians: Ability to accurately repair vehicles using advanced automotive diagnostic equipment and provide technical guidance through previous experience as an Automotive Technician Automotive Repair Technicians: ASE or Dealership Certifications (or ability to obtain ASE Certification within 12 months - paid for by AAA) Ability to lift up to a maximum of 75lbs and stand for prolonged periods of time. Valid Driver's License. The ability to complete satisfactory Pre-Employment Screenings (background check, drug screening, fitness for duty assessment) if offered the position.
