- Prepare and operate automated machines to ensure efficient production runs.
- Perform minor machine adjustments and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Verify materials and oversee inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Document production metrics, downtime, and quality checks accurately.
- Direct and support personnel assigned to your machine, ensuring tasks are performed safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and comply with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Escalate issues, collaborate with support teams, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
What You Bring:
- High School Diploma + 2 years relevant experience, Associate's Degree + 1 year experience, or Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong technical aptitude and experience with automated machinery.
- Excellent computer skills and ability to navigate production systems.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to direct and coordinate team activities.
