We look forward to welcoming new talent who are interested in contributing to the continued success and growth of our evolving organization.Core responsibilities:Serve as owner of process control system infrastructure, programming, cybersecurity, and related management of change activity.Lead production process automation control upgrade and modification for product/process improvement.Create and own long-term control systems vision and related system integration plans, and ensure capital plans properly reflect these plans.Lead capital project activity.Engage site PSM activities to ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.Serve as or work closely with site safety interlock guardian to ensure all Safety Instrumented System requirements are met.Work closely with site manufacturing teams and technical engineers to define and execute improvement goals (safety, asset productivity and quality).Qualifications:MS or BS in EE, ME, Ch.E or Automation Control background.5+ years of experience in designing and engineering production process automation control.Knowledge of process control requirements, system architecture design, configuration, integration, and implementation of process control strategies using PLC-based control systems and HMI programming.Experience in specifying, installing, maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting instruments and analyzers.Familiarity with Solidworks, Pro-E, Creo2, and AutoCAD.Strong communication and leadership skills for project management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Prior experience with coding, database management, Six Sigma methodology, and Process Safety Management will be considered a plus.DuPont is an equal opportunity employer.
