Summary:
We are looking for someone with a electrical, controls, and automation background to integrate & automate hardware into controls systems. This person will work to improve, streamline, and automate manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency,
Responsibilities:
- Programming new automated components
- Process and document automation test plans, user requirements, and other drafting reports
- Install and repair electrical systems, calibrate equipment, and inspect designs for quality control
- Utilizing, programming, and troubleshooting PLCs
- Working with robotics & HMI systems
Requirements:
- Associates Degree/Bachelors Degree in a Technical Field
- Working experience in a highly regulated industry
- Demonstrated experience integrating hardware into automation systems
- Proficiency with PLC's, Allen Bradley/Ladder Logic, and HMI systems
- Vision Systems experience
- FAT & SAT
- C#
- Solid documentation skills (Drafting user requirements, test protocols, and validation/qualification reports)
