Main Accountabilities - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities within our operations
- Document and analyze current processes across various departments to identify pain points, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement utilizing automation
- Apply automation knowledge to create scalable automation solutions by gathering requirements, applying design thinking and systems thinking methodologies, and understanding holistic process automation needs
- Working cross-functionally, lead site projects to install, maintain and upgrade automation solutions to ensure defect-free launches and proper usage of automation equipment
- Design and document optimized processes by creating detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, journey maps, and standard operating procedures for the desired to be state using automation solutions
- Create detailed business cases to support automation solution deployment
- Function as the SME for integrating automation solutions into complex, 24/7 operations environments
Leadership
- Model corporate values and participate as required in groups, initiatives, and advisory bodies
- Proactively support other departments and functions as the Subject Matter Expert
Knowledge, Skills and Experience - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field required
- Three to five years of direct work experience in operations automation required
- Three to five years of direct work experience in food production/food & beverage required
- Proven experience in strategic planning, as well as people, risk and change management
- Good communication and presentation skills, ability to interact at senior levels
- Work remotely in US
- Road Warrior! Requires up to 75% travel in US
