- Daily Troubleshooting and maintenance of robotic work-cells
- Implementation of new robotic work-cells
- Industrial System Troubleshooting including:
- Electrical Panels, Relays, PLC's
- Hydraulic & Pneumatic Cylinders, Valves, Pumps
- Mechanical Equipment, Gears, Dies, CNC Mills, Lathes
- Improve the uptime of Deco's existing robotic systems
- Improve the quality and efficiency other automation equipment at Deco Products
- 3D CAD Design
- Reading and interpretation of technical drawings
- CNC programming for production efficiencies
- PLC programming for machine/process control
- Implement process controls to reduce process variation
Working Conditions:
- Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and lifting
- The employee must be able to lift or move items over 50 pounds.
- Work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Some time in office environment
Qualifications:
- Experience in PLC programming
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Education in Robotics, Automation, or Electrical Technology
