The Price Automation Strategy Analyst is responsible for strategic collaboration and accelerating execution of an automation, AI and GenAI roadmap that supports Price Operations. This position takes full responsibility for both individual automation projects and large programs that consist of multiple projects. This person will establish and oversee critical governance processes, backlog formation/prioritization, resource advocacy, and value realization for all automation activities impacting Price Operations. Moreover, they will drive all phases of the automation lifecycle, fostering cooperation and documentation among the business, product, sales, and technology teams, including, but not limited to, helping with discovery, requirements, standard operating procedures, and necessary materials.What you will do:Strategic Assessment : Ongoing strategic collaboration with stakeholders to understand business needs, pain points, and objectives related to Price operations.Process Analysis : Evaluate existing processes within Price operations to identify areas for improvement and automation.Automation Opportunity Identification : Proactively identify opportunities for automation, AI integration, and utilization of GenAI technologies to streamline Price processes.Feasibility Assessment : Assess the feasibility and potential impact of implementing automation and AI solutions, considering factors such as cost, resources, and technical constraints.Solution Design : Work closely with technical teams to design solutions that leverage automation, AI, and GenAI technologies to optimize Price operations.Data Analysis : Analyze large datasets to extract insights and trends that can inform automation and AI strategies for Price operations.Prototype Development : Develop prototypes or proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the functionality and potential benefits of automation and AI solutions.Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) : Ensure appropriate UAT so automation and AI solutions meet the business requirements and expectations of end-users.Change Management : Develop change management strategies and communication plans to facilitate the adoption of automation and AI solutions within Price operations.Documentation : Create and ensure comprehensive documentation, including process flows, requirements specifications, and user manuals, to support the implementation and maintenance of automation and AI solutions.Stay Updated : Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to automation, AI, and GenAI in Price operations to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative, presenting own work both internally and externally.What you will bring:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with 10+ yrs experience.A Masters in a relevant field, or certifications related to business analysis (e.g., CBAP - Certified Business Analysis Professional) or project management (e.g., PMP - Project Management Professional) are a plus.Knowledge of automation technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA), workflow automation, and business process management (BPM) tools.Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics.Understanding of GenAI technologies and their potential applications in Price operations.Demonstrated experience in process improvement, optimization, or transformation initiatives; Six Sigma or Lean Ops a strong plus.Location and Workplace Flexibility: We have offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India.
