(Responsibilities Daily setup of production automation and downstream processes at completion of mold changes. Automation equipment improvements Repair/ troubleshoot equipment such as Conveyors, Robots, Palletizers, Labelers, Vision systems Etc. Implementation of new automation projects working closely with automation lead and maintenance manager. Root cause analysis/corrective actions. Support production department automation issues as needed. Qualifications 3-5 year of automation experience required Possess functional knowledge of general automation equipment High voltage and low voltage experience (480VAC motor starter circuits & 24VDC control power circuits). Ability to follow and understand electrical schematics Control power, I/O and PLC understanding. Must be self-motivated individual able to work in a high pace environment. Capable of working extended workdays and weekends for call-in's as needed to support production failures. Ability to understand financial impact of projects and contribute to profitability.
