Shifts Available: 2nd Shift (2:45pm-10:45pm) and 3rd Shift (10:45pm-6:45am)
Compensation: Starting at $25.50 per hour, up to $29 per hour with experience, plus 4% bonus eligibility based on plant performance
**About the Role:**
We are thrilled to announce 6 openings for Automation Technicians on our 2nd and 3rd shifts. These non-union positions are essential for maintaining and repairing our automated equipment. Youll work closely with product, process, and manufacturing engineers to enhance operating processes, cycle times, quality, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and labor utilization through automation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Programming Robots:** Develop and optimize robotic programs to improve efficiency.
+ **Troubleshooting:** Use schematics to diagnose and fix issues with PLCs, pneumatics, and robotics.
+ **Continuous Improvement:** Assist engineers in refining processes to boost productivity and quality.
