You will program, troubleshoot, and maintain automation systems using Allen Bradley PLCs, ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and troubleshoot PLC programs using Allen Bradley software.
- Perform maintenance and updates on PLC systems.
- Integrate PLCs with industrial control systems.
- Conduct tests to verify system functionality.
- Document PLC programs and changes.
- Provide technical support and training.
- Collaborate on process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Skills/Must Haves:
- Associate degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or related field.
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and programming software.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Allen Bradley PLC programming.
- Experience with HMI and SCADA systems.
- Knowledge of networking protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus).
