Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to grasp project objectives and testing requirements.
- Utilize Functionize and other automation tools to configure and execute tests.
- Troubleshoot issues across teams and drive resolution.
- Spearhead automation strategy using Selenium and/or Functionize.
- Document issues in JIRA and propel continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide support for IT audit responses and assist in audit preparations.
- Review IT Change Management tickets and aid in SOP drafting and training.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of QA Automation experience in IT.
- Proficiency in Selenium, Functionize, and SQL.
- Understanding of test automation frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science.
- Technical writing and compliance experience.
- Familiarity with Computer Systems Validation Life Cycle.
- Preferably holds ISTQB AL Test Automation Engineer certification.
- Experience with JIRA and Microsoft Office Suite.
