Herb Chambers Land Rover of Sudbury is looking for a qualified Accounts Payable/Receivables Clerk to join the team!
Responsibilities:
- Automotive experience preferred
- CDK experience preferred - we will train the right candidate
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Process daily cash deposit
- Post daily AP invoices/ cut weekly and monthly checks for all invoices
- Receipt in daily all incoming AR checks
- Run monthly customer statements
- Reconcile and balance all incoming vendor statements
- Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks
