Administrator Key Responsibilities:
- Review repair orders to ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty policies.
- Accurately process warranty claims within manufacturer guidelines and timelines.
- Resolve warranty claim rejections promptly to secure payment.
- Record warranty payments and address discrepancies or required adjustments.
- Maintain receivable schedules in line with company policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Administrator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's or associate's degree in accounting is a plus.
- Experience in accounting, CDK, or warranty administration is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Extensive customer service skills and great communication skills - written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
