Automotive Assistant & Product Specialist
- As an Automotive Assistant & Product Specialist you will assist the auto sales team before, during, and after the sale. You will contact customers via telephone, text, and email, to provide product knowledge and availability, and answer any other customer questions with the goal of setting an appointment here at dealership. You will also greet customers in person at the dealership and assist in the sales and delivery process. You will use our customer relationship management software to complete assigned tasks and record complete information about all customer contacts. This is a full-time position with schedule to be determined by management. Pay is hourly, with potential monthly performance bonuses based on goals and other means set by management.
Your responsibilities, as directed by the sales team:
- Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with sales appointments
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
- Demonstrate vehicle features to help the customer understand the features and their benefits to help build value and trust during the sales process, vehicle delivery to the customer, and after the sale as needed.
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or are a no-show
- Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily

This position could lead to a Certified Chevrolet Sales Professional position that would give you the opportunity for more responsibilities and increased pay.
