This role requires strong communication skills to effectively manage interactions with our clientele. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Utilize our CRM, VIN, to respond to customer inquiries and schedule appointments
- Schedule appointments that align with the sales team availability and the customers needs
- Handle a variety of tasks related to converting leads into sales
- Take ownership of incoming leads
- Maintain our CRM's organizational standards
- Adapt to changes in the lead generation process
- Address initial customer inquiries as well as their concerns and questions
- Assist the sales team by providing qualified leads
Qualifications(Certifications, Skills):
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain positive relationships with clients
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
- Familiarity with automotive CRM systems and basic office software (VIN experience preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service or BDC roles at an automotive dealership (preferred)
- Able to read, write, and speak Spanish proficiently (preferred)
Experience:We are searching for candidates familiar with automotive CRM systems.
