John Megel Ford is hiring now for a Billing Clerk. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities - Billing Clerk:
- Receives all deals from both the New and Pre-Owned Sales Departments
- Verifies deal contents and issues payoff checks for trade-ins
- Posts all sale transactions
- Maintains a salesman log of all sales posted
- Verifies accuracy of posting through reporting systems in place and a finance and insurance log
- Post all wholesale and dealer trade transactions
- Manages the payoff of vehicle floor plan
- Responsible for stocking in incoming units and accuracy of new and used inventory accounts and schedules
- Maintains all schedules relevant to sales and inventories
- Complies daily accurate CIT log and provides to F&I
Qualifications and Requirements - Billing Clerk:
- Minimum of two years of billing experience in an automotive environment
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
- DealerTrack experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge with spreadsheets and general ledger required
- Strong accounting background
- Proven ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and strong work ethic
