D'Addario Automotive Group is a Family Owned and Operated Dealership located in Shelton, CT since 1968. We have a great opportunity to join our GM Service Team. We are seeking a customer service oriented individual to fill our Full Time Service Cashier role.
Schedule - 45 hours/week
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, Thursday 8am-7pm, Saturday 8am-4pm
(Will work every Saturday - day off during the week)

Some Role Responsibilities:
- Take payments from Service and Parts Customers/create receipts
- Balance cash/credit/checks daily
- Filing paperwork/Repair Orders/Parts Tickets
- Answer incoming phone calls (transfer/page to the correct person/department)
- Make confirmation calls for Service & make follow up calls for Service
- Schedule appointments for Service Customers
- Cashier makes coffee and replenishes snacks. Cashier checks coffee station/snacks every 2 hours.
- Must have strong attention to detail and strong ability to multitask - very busy offices

Basic Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Background check and drug screen required prior to hire
- 1-2 years' experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred
- Prior experience in an auto dealer office helpful but not necessary
