As a Customer Service Representative - BDC at our dealership, you'll be responsible for working directly with our customers. Directing them to the proper location, building a relationship between them and the dealership group, scheduling appointments and any number of activities associating with following thru on our mission of creating a world class automotive experience. Responsibilities:

  • Greets customer and listens to their request
  • Provide the most direct approach to the customer request using the processes and procedures that are in place
  • If necessary, follow up with department or customer to ensure proper outcome
  • Work with various computer platforms proficiently
  • Attends/completes required training and department meetings
  • Regular and predictable attendance
Requirements
  • Ability to communication on multiple platforms
  • Prior customer service, retail or hospitality experience welcome
  • One year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Sales skills, great communication, and excellent customer service skills are a must.
  • Organization and thorough follow-up skills are necessary for staying in touch with the client prior to and after the sale.
  • Current valid driver's license is required for all employees.
  • Mathematical skills including, add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
