We are looking for someone comfortable with high volume calling, a GO GETTER and a professional well-spoken candidate. If you have experience in customer service, retail or call centers then we encourage you to apply today! Previous dealership experience is a plus, but not required.*No Cold Calling required*Job Responsibilities:
- Daily communication with customers on inbound calls, outgoing calls and texting solutions to schedule service appointments.
- Basic customer service follow-up calls after completion of service visits.
- Maintain and follow our script and inbound call process to efficiently schedule appointments at ease for our guests.
- Perform courtesy calls informing guests of maintenance due via telematics systems and/or reminding them of recalls for their vehicle.
- Daily and Monthly performance reporting.
