Benefits: * Medical * Vision * Dental * 401K * Paid Vacation * Training * Free College Education courses for Employees and their Family * Great growth opportunities Essential Functions: * Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices/vehicle contracts * Reconcile AR accounts weekly/monthly and provide required aging reports to management * Reconcile AR accounting schedules resolving discrepancies, making necessary journal entries and creating reports * Collect on all past due accounts and send out for collections as needed * Prepare monthly statements and send to customers * Update and create various Excel spreadsheets * Must be able to follow very specific deadlines * Must have excellent communication and organizational skills * Minimum 2 years accounts receivable/payable experience * Other duties as assigned The Gill Auto Group is a drug-free equal opportunity employer, qualified candidates must pass a background screening.
