We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Accounting. Essential Functions:

• Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices/vehicle contracts
• Reconcile AR accounts weekly/monthly and provide required aging reports to management
• Reconcile AR accounting schedules resolving discrepancies, making necessary journal entries and creating reports
• Collect on all past due accounts and send out for collections as needed
• Prepare monthly statements and send to customers
• Update and create various Excel spreadsheets
• Must be able to follow very specific deadlines
• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
• Minimum 2 years accounts receivable/payable experience
• Other duties as assigned
