Working alongside a team of experienced technicians, you will ensure the paintwork and interiors are finished to our Dealership's high standards. Requirements:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspecting vehicle for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery
- Restoring using appropriate materials
- Wash, wax, and buff the vehicle, clean interior and exterior windows
- Applying special-purpose cleaner to remove foreign materials
- Vacuum and scrub interior of vehicle using appropriate cleaning agents, applicators and cleaning devices
- Clean engine and engine compartment with steam-cleaning equipment
- Apply dressing on tires and tire wells
- Utilize and apply Paint protection sealant to ensure lasting cleanliness of vehicles
- Operate all tools in a safe manner by using proper eye, hand & body protection
- Report any safety issues immediately to management
- Maintaining showroom and stock vehicles in clean & presentable conditions at all times
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years detailing experience required in one or more of the following is preferred: washing, waxing, cleaning and buffing, masking, sanding, grinding and applying paint on vehicles
- Removing and replacing small parts -- carrying out minor repairs
- Manual dexterity and physical stamina, lift heavy objects, and walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Customer focus and attention to detail
- Positive attitude & self motivator
- Clean driving record is a must
- Possession of valid driver's license
- Ability to follow instructions and accepts constructive criticism with motivation towards improvement on job performance
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen PM19

PAY SCALE INFORMATION:
- $20.00 - $25.00/hour (BOE)
- Eligible for incentives and bonuses
