Responsibilities:As a Digital Sales and Customer Experience Specialist, you will:
  • Consultative Digital Selling: Serve as a trusted advisor, providing specialized information about our range of vehicles through digital channels.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Use your digital communication skills to convert online interactions into lasting customer relationships.
  • Digital Troubleshooting: Proactively solve any challenges customers face in the online purchasing process.
  • Follow-Ups & Problem-Solving: Schedule regular digital interactions with customers while resolving issues effectively to uplift the customer experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive, customer-focused digital atmosphere.
Qualifications:Our ideal candidate will:

Work Schedule:
  • This is a full-time position.
  • An 8-hour shift is required.
  • Availability to work on weekends is required.
Compensation:
  • The pay structure will be a Base Salary + Commission, with an earning potential of $44,000 - $88,000 per year.
