You will assist the customer with questions regarding Subaru, perspective vehicles, and their ability to purchase. You will learn about all of the newest vehicles and technologies on the market. Job Responsibilities:
  • Act as the essential communications link between the client and the dealership
  • Receive inbound and make outbound sales calls, emails and texts to generate appointments and establish follow-up with sales appointments
  • Contact leads generated by the dealership website or third-party company such as Cars.com, Edmunds.com, CarGurus.com
  • Contact customers within a fifteen-minute time frame to provide a First Quality Response with accuracy and professionalism
  • Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
  • Provide customers with leasing and financing information as well as quotes
  • Provide service customers with Subaru's Trade Up Advantage program information, explaining the benefits of trading in their vehicle for a new model
  • Use Covideo to record and send customers videos of the vehicle they are interested in
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily, enters all customer inquiry data into system
  • Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documentation on a timely basis
  • Creates and maintains an excel spreadsheet of customer appointments
  • Assist in answering dealership phone lines and directing calls to appropriate department
  • Assist with showroom overflow and customer test drives
