Position Overview:The Lube Technician is responsible for vehicle quality maintenance, such as preparing detailed vehicle service reports, replacing vehicle wiper blades and car batteries, changing motor oil and tire rotations, and transmission and brake fluid, as needed. You should also be able to clean vehicle interiors while performing maintenance and servicing tasks.This entry-level position will help progress employees to become full automotive line technicians. We provide training, tools, and uniforms!Competitive pay - up to $19.00 - $21.00 per hour (based on experience)Who You Are:

Essential Functions:
  • Perform specific work on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and following dealership standards.
  • Diagnose and repair automotive vehicle systems, including flushes, oil changes, tire rotations, etc.
  • Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs.
  • Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers.
  • Continuously learn new technical information and techniques through formal training sessions to stay up-to-date with rapidly changing technology.
  • Inspect and test vehicles and record findings for necessary repairs to be made.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
  • Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • A minimum of1 yearof lube maintenance experience is preferred but not required (we will train the right candidate)
