We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Master Technician to join our team and contribute to our reputation for excellence.Job Summary: As an Automotive Master Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles. Your expertise in automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical, and electronic systems, will ensure the highest level of service for our customers. You will work closely with other technicians and service advisors to deliver accurate diagnostics and efficient repairs.What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues across various vehicle makes and models.
  • Perform routine maintenance and service tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and more.
  • Use advanced diagnostic equipment and tools to identify problems in vehicle systems.
  • Provide accurate estimates of repair time and costs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive technology, tools, and repair techniques.
  • Collaborate with service advisors and other team members to provide excellent customer service.
  • Keep detailed records of all work performed, including parts used and labor time.
  • Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
  • Mentor and assist junior technicians and apprentices in developing their skills.
Qualifications:
  • ASE Master Technician certification or equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience as an automotive technician, with extensive knowledge of various vehicle systems.
  • Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to continue education and training to stay current with industry advancements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with [specific vehicle makes or types, e.g., luxury brands, hybrids, electric vehicles].
  • Additional certifications related to automotive repair and maintenance.
