Bonus if you have:
- Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications
- Experience with Kawasaki Robots, Fanuc Robots (programming and problem troubleshooting)
- Experience with Digital Engineering
- Additional related certifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities:
- Online robot programming-Run trials and adjust parameters, evaluate quality drawings and meet standards.
- Offline robot programming-Use simulation software to perform reach studies and cycle time analysis. Knowledge of Fanuc Paint Pro and Kawasaki Carott3 programming software.
- Evaluate Quality-Use elco-meters, Fisher Dual Scope, wave-scan and BYK-Mac.
- Create Hand Over Documents-Create snapshots of the robot processes for the NAMC's, Including node maps, quality data and program back-ups.

Typical hands-on day to day responsibilities:
- Planning for weekend work.
- Developing Robotic Programs.
- Run Quality Trial before, during, and after production shift.
- Support maintenance during major breakdowns as an expert.
- Collect data and track quality adjustments.

- Upper management down to team member on the floor.
Business objective/business purpose of project:
- Support paint shop model launches, new equipment installs and cost saving.
