Job purposePHINIA is currently seeking an automotive parts catalog analyst with aftermarket experience who will work as a member of the catalog team to ensure that mapping to ACES/PIES standards, interchanges, and all associated product information is accurate and complete within the electronic catalog.
Key responsibilities- Create, maintain, validate, and publish aftermarket automotive parts electronic catalog data.
- Establish & maintain accurate part information databases compliant with industry standards (PIES).
- Establish & maintain accurate part application databases, adhering to published industry standards (ACES) and customer requirements.
- Be responsive & proactive in managing customer audits and requests. Review and address customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Regular interface with cross-functional teams, including category, engineering, and product to ensure that catalog data and timing aligns with internal and external expectations and standards.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the catalog data.
What we're looking forBASIC REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years automotive aftermarket experience as a catalog professional in North America.
- Background in vehicle parts knowledge, automotive part fitment, OEM, and competitive part evaluation.
- Understanding of ACES/PIES North American cataloging standards.
- Strong analytical, organizational and research skills.
- Ability to plan and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Access.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- ASE Certification
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of steering and suspension components
- Interchange experience
- Experience with aftermarket catalog/PIM systems and customer systems, including Partcat, Opticat, AutoZone, NAPA, and Advance
