The Parts Counterperson will assist internal customers and Technicians with parts requests for our busy shop.Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:* Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to ensure understanding of needs, and supplying parts in a timely manner* Mirror matches parts for the assistance of Technicians* Costs parts on invoice* Coordinates with Technicians and Service department to ensure that parts requests are met* Stock incoming product and tracks inventory* Handle some retail customers at our parts counter.* Fill wholesale parts customers that call or walk inSkills necessary to be successful in this role include the following;*

Valid driver's license* At least 1 year of Parts Counter experience preferred* Ability to interact with co-workers and customers in a professional manner* Automotive knowledge will be a plus* High School Diploma or equivalent* Physical Requirements for Position: Be able to lift at least 50lbs.Fred Beans Automotive is an equal opportunity employer
