Job Description: As an Automotive Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and enhancing the customer experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with their vehicle inquiries, providing information on our inventory, and helping to streamline the sales process. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the dealership, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide detailed information about vehicles, including features, pricing, and financing options.
- Schedule test drives and follow up with customers to answer any questions they may have.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking vehicle availability and updating sales materials.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales documents and processing transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom and work area.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or coursework in business or automotive studies is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
