What You'll Do:
- Help customers find their dream car by understanding their needs and recommending the right vehicles.
- Showcase new and used cars, explaining features, warranties, and the benefits of each option.
- Share special promotions and sales to keep customers excited about what we offer.
- Negotiate deals that work for everyone and ensure buyers leave happy.
- Stay one step ahead by knowing what competitors are offering.
- Celebrate with customers by delivering their vehicles and ensuring they leave with a smile.
- Follow up with buyers to make sure they're loving their purchase.
- Keep our sales records in tip-top shape and occasionally reach out to new prospects.
What We're Looking For:
- Chevrolet or General Motors sales experience? That's a plus, but not required—we'll train the right person!
- A friendly, energetic personality who loves working with people.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage your time effectively.
- Detail-oriented and professional, with a polished appearance.
- Sales experience is great, but if you're motivated and eager to learn, we'll set you up for success.
- High School Diploma or GED and a willingness to complete a background check & drug screen.
