JOB SUMMARY:The Automotive Sales Associate at Jackson Kia is a motivated and results-driven individual responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers in Cocoa, Florida. This is a full time, individual contributor role that offers a base salary plus commission. The successful candidate must have exceptional customer service skills, sales experience, and a passion for the automotive industry.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:- Competitive base salary plus commission- Health, dental, and vision insurance- 401(k) retirement plan- Paid time off- Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and serviceRESPONSIBILITIES:- Greet customers and assist with their vehicle purchase needs- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives with customers- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals- Assist with financing and completing necessary paperwork for vehicle sales- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and specifications- Participate in sales training and meetings as required by the dealership- Ensure the dealership is clean and well-maintained to create a positive customer experienceREQUIREMENTS:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous sales experience preferred- Must possess strong customer service skills- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment- Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record- Must be able to pass a background check and drug testEEOC STATEMENT:Jackson Kia is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a diverse working environment.
