To that end, we are looking for AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANTS to help our guests find the perfect car!Greg Hubler Automotive is in GROWTH mode with a goal of having 10 stores by 2030! That means more opportunity for you. We will introduce you to our sales processes, leading-edge technology and winning company culture through ongoing training and mentoring to help cultivate the skills and expertise you need to succeed in all aspects of our sales, finance, and more. You'll collaborate with a high-energy, driven team as you build a solid sales foundation. Job Responsibilities:
  • Initiating and maintaining relationships with customers through outbound sales activities
  • Taking customers through a thorough needs analysis, making suitable product recommendations and organizing test drives
  • Negotiating deals with customers
  • Accurately logging activities on the internal lead management system
  • Learning to overcome objections, closing sales, and performing all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
  • Delivering sold vehicles personally to ensure quality service and to generate referrals
  • Conducting business development and networking activities to generate sales
  • Maintaining social media presence

Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Clean driving record & valid driver's license required
  • Ability to work Saturdays and Evenings required
  • Self-driven and motivated to continuously learn and achieve results
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Experience generating and/or building a loyal client base
