COMPENSATION PAY PLAN
- Bi-weekly guarantee based on a 4-day work week
- Guaranteed minimum commissions plus additional incentive bonuses
- Annual salary ranges from $58,000 - $95,000 (average about $71,000)

RESPONISBILITIES
- Connect with customers - Build relationships with our valued clients, understanding their needs and helping them find their perfect vehicle.
- Showcase our inventory - Use your knowledge and enthusiasm to highlight the features and benefits of our wide range of vehicles from used to new
- Achieve sales targets - Drive your success by meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals
- Maintain Records - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales processes for seamless transactions
- Stay Informed - Continuously learn about new models, features, and industry trends to provide top-notch service
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required)
- Previous experience is a plus but not required - we provide all the training you need!
- Ability to engage with customers and understand their needs
- Collaborative spirit with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Organizational and time management skills
