Job Description: Hampstead Pre-Owned is a used car dealership searching for several driven Automotive Sales Associates/Car Sales Consultants to help us sell our constantly revolving inventory of used cars on-site in Hampstead, MD. We purchase 50-60 used cars a week and we are always looking for talented sales associates interested in high volume auto sales. The ideal candidate would have experience in automotive sales or in a public/client facing customer service role. They would have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to drive a manual. Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greet & assist customers
- Maintain & upkeep the sales floor
- Take customers on test drives
- Solve any problems the customer may have
- Help the customer find the vehicles they are interested in
- Build customer relationships to drive sales
- Set a clear goal for your sales performance
- Show up on time
- Adhere to uniform requirements
- Work independently throughout the day
Qualifications(Certifications, Skills):
- Proficient with computers and technology
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Able to drive a manual transmission vehicle
- Good organizational skills
- Capable communicator
- Ability to excel in a high pace industry
- Able to read, write, and speak Spanish proficiently (preferred)
Experience: We are looking for candidates with a background in either customer service or sales. Prior sales experience is not required.
