- Greet customers and provide excellent service throughout their vehicle repair process.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure a clear understanding of customer concerns and vehicle conditions.
- Provide accurate estimates of repair costs and timelines.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs needed.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required;
- Valid state-issued driver's license and clean driving record are required
- Prior sales experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision
