Are you passionate about the automotive industry and skilled in customer service? We're looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Advisor.Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and provide excellent service throughout their vehicle repair process.
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure a clear understanding of customer concerns and vehicle conditions.
  • Provide accurate estimates of repair costs and timelines.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in automotive customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required;
  • Valid state-issued driver's license and clean driving record are required
  • Prior sales experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision
