- Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner
- Advise customers on the care of their vehicle and the value of maintaining the vehicle according to manufacturer's specifications
- Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
- Handle telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience in an automotive service dealership preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Outstanding organizational and follow up skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to occasionally to lift up to 70 lbs.
