Are you passionate about the automotive industry and providing exceptional customer service? William Wells Tire and Auto is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team! Job Responsibilities: Assist customers with automotive maintenance needs, including tune-ups, oil changes, brake systems, and engine diagnostics Provide guidance on fixed operations, suspensions, tire rotations, and electrical systems Offer finance and insurance options to customers for automotive repairs Utilize DealerSocket, Reynolds and Reynolds, and CDK software for efficient service Ensure customer satisfaction by providing top-notch service and resolving any issues Job Requirements: Experience with mechanical troubleshooting and hydraulics Knowledge of automotive sales and service excellence Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks Company Information: We strive to deliver quality products to our customers.
