This is the place to apply!What We Offer Health insurance401(k) planVacationtimeLife insuranceGrowth opportunitiesNo SUNDAYS!!Community involvement Service Advisor Responsibilities: Listen to customers' account of issues and symptoms to better understand what the problem isVerify warranty, insurance or contract coverage for servicePrepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and partsExplain process to clients so they understand what to expect and when their automobilewill be repairedRecord information gathered from each visit in appropriate databaseDraft order for repair with all information that has been gathered outlined clearlyWork with supervisors, techniciansand the rest of team to provide a positive and expedient resolution for clientsVerify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair orderExplain all completed work and charges to customers Service Advisor Requirements: Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfactionPast experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager or service consultantAbove-average energy levelA desire for a long-term career with a growing organizationPersonal and professional integrityComputer skills and willingness to learn new programsClean driving record.
