Description of the role:The Automotive Service Advisor at Kayser Chrysler Center of Watertown will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guidance to clients bringing their vehicles in for maintenance or repairs. This role will require strong communication skills as well as automotive knowledge to accurately assess and address customer concerns.Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in scheduling and arranging service appointments
- Provide accurate estimates of service costs and timelines
- Communicate with customers throughout the service process to provide updates and recommendations

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a service advisor or customer service role within the automotive industry
