Kenny Ross Ford Adamsburg, PA is now hiring for an Automotive Service Advisor. We are a large, successful automotive group that has been serving and growing in the Western Pennsylvania area for more than sixty years.Job Duties:
- Accurately records information such as name, addresses, and article to be repaired, or service to be rendered.
- Communicates with customers regarding status changes in work orders; Sets proper service level expectations with customers.
- Prepares work order and distributes.
- Cross-sells upgrade parts to service customers when opportunity is presented.
- Calls or writes customer to ensure satisfactory performance of service.
- Relays messages and special instructions to mobile crews and other departments.
- Meet/greet customers in person or on phone
- Maintain documentation, including PO, invoices, work orders, reports, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Broad scope of automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge
- Verifiable customer service performance record and/or training required
- An impressive work ethic
- Neat, clean and professional appearance
- Valid driver's license in the state of employment
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen

Vacation-
- After 120 days - accrues at a rate of 40 hours
- After 3 years - accrues at a rate of 80 hours
- After 6 years - accrues at a rate of 120 hours
Sick-
- After 90 days of hire - 40 hours are awarded
- January 1 every year thereafter - 40 hours are awarded.
