Responsibilities:
- Greet & Cashier Customers
- Interact with Service Advisors, Parts Advisors, Service & Parts Management
- Interact & Communicate with Extended warranties & Insurance Companies to obtain payment
- Basic Office & filing duties
- Contact customers via phone, internet, texting about future service needs and set appointments
- Use of Dealer Management System to follow through with Invoiced Repair Orders
- Communicate with Delivery Drivers & coordinate pickup & deliveries with Customers
Qualifications:
- Retail &/or Automotive background a PLUS
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Must have good organizational skills, be dependable, and Customer oriented
- High level of customer interaction skills
- Strong computer skills
- Strong phone and face to face skills
- Must be outgoing and personable
