Job Description:
Park Cities Auto Care is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high energy, high performing team that is a leader in the automotive industry. As a Service Coordinator, you will own our customer's experience in the service lane by answering phones, greeting, welcoming, and assisting for all service related issues. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners to explaining the repair process, our Service Coordinators are true professionals who enjoy helping others. What We Offer

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the company to leave a positive impression with the customer
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, including phone, text, or in person to assure the customers are satisfied
  • Assist with customers; walk-ins, calls, and text messaging
  • Listen to customer concerns on their vehicle to obtain a write up
  • Convey information both written and verbally regarding repairs to the service technicians and the customer
  • Acquire approval of repairs from the customer
  • Keep Customers up to date on the progress of their vehicle
  • Answer multiple phone lines in a courteous and professional manner
  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Comfortable with answering a multi-line system
  • Must be a motivated, self-starter
