This position is essential for our two-lane Service Drive which is a very fast paced environment averaging 120 to 160 appointments daily.
Lexus of Winter Park seeking highly motivated, high energy Service Manager for busy, fast paced Service dept. Candidate must possess Leadership skills and have the ability to work closely with Service Consultants to help provide our guests with an outstanding service experience. **Job Duties include:**
* Greet customers in a prompt and professional manner.
* Oversee all service personal
* Keep the customer informed of required service, costs and completion times
* Work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize work tasks and respond to customer needs in a timely manner
**Job Requirements**
* At least 5 years of experience as an automotive Service Advisor Manager or Assistant Lane Manager
* UCS Power / Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
* Personal and professional integrity
* Above average energy level
* Proven track record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
