Yorkville Subaru is searching for a hands-on, high-performing, Service Manager who can lead our team to achieve targeted goals while providing best-in-class customer experience. We have a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility and are continuing to grow our service operation! Our ideal candidate is an experienced dealership Service Manager with a verifiable, proven track record of success in training, mentoring, and motivating a service team to perform at the highest level while providing a top-notch customer experience. We are interested in speaking with Service Managers who are true leaders that conduct business with professionalism and integrity and earn customer satisfaction every day.

• Dealership Service Manager Experience-Required
• High volume experience is a plus!
• Strong track record of providing a top-notch customer experience!
• Subaru experience, preferred!
• CDK experience, preferred.
• Hands-on! Willing to jump in, write service, and call customers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to recruit, hire and train technicians and service advisors.
• Professional references to verify experience.
• Valid Drivers License with an acceptable driving record.
